founded in 2017 by a team of Singaporeans passionate about Education. The curriculum is rooted in the Reggio Emilia Approach, encouraging hands-on exploration for a lifelong love of learning. Inspired by a parent's request for her special-needs child, our Special Education program was initiated to build an inclusive environment, offering personalized support to ensure that he can explore and discover the world around him through his senses. Since then, our program has been developed to personalize every child's needs to nurture their fullest potential.

Mr. Ong is the founder and chairman of My Little Pumpkin Special Education School. Prior to founding the school, Mr. Ong gained extensive experience in business development and customer service, including 12 years in the banking and finance industry. He holds a Master's in Public Administration from the National University of Singapore and has expanded his expertise through executive programs in Blockchain technology, management, innovation, and technology at MIT Sloan School of Management and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. As Chairman, his strategic leadership and passion for educational excellence drive his vision for My Little Pumpkin, fostering a dynamic and holistic learning environment that empowers students to succeed both academically and personally.
